The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (IASSC – LSSBB) is the highest level of Lean Six Sigma expertise offered by IASSC. It is designed for professionals who want to master advanced process improvement methodologies, statistical analysis, and leadership skills.
Black Belts are recognized as project leaders and change agents, responsible for driving organizational transformation, training Green Belts, and leading complex improvement projects. Through in-depth knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles, Black Belts deliver strategic, measurable, and sustainable results.
