Overview
The ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to conduct first, second, and third-party audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards.
This training provides in-depth understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements, audit principles, planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on audits in compliance with ISO 19011 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems). Upon completion, participants will be able to lead audit teams, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in organizational processes.
