Overview

The Caltech Cybersecurity Bootcamp is an intensive, hands-on training program designed to prepare learners for careers in cyber defense, ethical hacking, and information security management. Offered in collaboration with Caltech’s Center for Technology and Management Education (CTME), this program combines academic excellence with practical industry-focused skills.

Through immersive labs, simulations, and real-world case studies, participants will gain the expertise to identify vulnerabilities, prevent cyberattacks, manage risk, and ensure compliance with global security standards. Graduates will emerge ready to pursue high-demand cybersecurity roles in today’s digital-first economy.

  • Duration: 6–9 months (part-time / online)

  • Mode: Online with live sessions + hands-on labs

  • Prerequisites:

    • Basic understanding of IT concepts

    • Familiarity with networking fundamentals is helpful but not mandatory
