Overview
The SAFe® Agilist (SA) Certification Training is a globally recognized program offered by Scaled Agile, Inc. that equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to lead Agile transformation at an enterprise level. Unlike team-level Agile frameworks, SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) provides a structured approach to scaling Agile practices across large organizations and multiple teams.
This course covers Lean-Agile principles, SAFe® framework components, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), portfolio management, and leadership skills required to implement business agility. By the end of this training, participants will be prepared to take the SAFe® Agilist exam and lead successful Agile adoption initiatives in their organizations.
